When you make a booking we ask for your name, a phone number, the delivery address, the date, and where the unit is going. Email is optional. We collect these because we cannot deliver a bounce house to somebody we cannot find or call. If you are setting up in a public park, you can upload your ramada reservation confirmation. We hold that file against your booking so we can show it if a parks officer asks on the day. At checkout you sign the rental agreement. We store that signature, the time it was given, and which version of the agreement you agreed to. We do not ask for anything we do not use. There is no marketing profile being built here.

We never see your card. Card details are entered into Wix Payments and handled entirely by them and their processor. Nothing about your card number reaches our systems or our staff. What we do keep is the amount, the date, and whether it was a deposit or paid in full, because that is our record of the booking.

When you type a delivery address at checkout, two things happen. The partial address is sent to Geoapify, which suggests matching addresses as you type. The completed address is sent to the Google Distance Matrix API, which tells us how far the drive is so we can price delivery honestly rather than guessing from your ZIP code. Both are processed under their own privacy policies. We store the result of that measurement, the mileage, so we do not have to ask again.

We do not share it for anybody else's advertising. If we ever have to hand something over because the law requires it, we will, and we will tell you unless we are prevented from doing so.

This site is meant for adults booking a rental. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information sits in Wix's systems, which are encrypted in transit and access controlled. Only the owner and staff who need it to run a booking can see it. No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not hold card numbers, which is the thing most worth stealing.
