Terms & Conditions

These apply when you book anything from Jump Shout LLC, trading as Jump & Shout Party Rentals. Booking through this site means you accept them. They sit alongside the rental agreement you sign at checkout; where the two differ, the signed agreement is the one that counts. You must be 18 or over to book.

A booking is confirmed when a 20% deposit is paid. The balance is due on the day, at delivery. Prices on the site are per 24 hour period. Extra days are half price. Arizona sales tax is added at checkout. Availability is live: if the site lets you book a date, that unit is held for you.

We deliver across metro Tucson. The first 10 miles from our base are free and it is $5 a mile after that, measured from your address at checkout rather than estimated. We deliver up to 50 miles. Past that, call us and we will tell you whether we can get there that day. Somebody 18 or over must be present at delivery and at collection.

We need flat ground and clear access to it. Grass, artificial turf, decomposed granite, concrete and gravel are all fine. We stake into ground that takes a stake and switch to sandbags where it will not, which is why we ask what surface you have when you book. Telling us accurately means the right anchors are on the truck. We will not set up on a slope, and we will not set up anywhere we judge unsafe. We would rather tell you before you pay than turn up and refuse, so send us a photo if you are unsure about the space. A standard bounce house needs about 15 by 15 feet of flat ground. Combos and slides need more, and each unit's page gives its own footprint. Add a few feet all round so nobody lands against a wall or a fence, and check your gate is at least 36 inches wide. Clearing the space is your responsibility, as is telling us about anything buried where we would otherwise drive a stake. We need a standard power outlet within about 100 feet. The blower runs the entire time the unit is inflated.

An adult must supervise the unit the whole time it is in use. This is not a formality. It is the single condition that matters most and the one our insurance depends on. The safety rules are printed on every unit and we go through them with you at setup. No shoes, no glasses, no sharp objects, no food or drink inside, no silly string, and no use in high wind or lightning. Do not move a unit once it is set up. Do not disconnect the blower while anyone is inside. Do not exceed the number of users printed on the unit's safety panel. You are responsible for everyone using the unit while it is in your care.

City and county parks need a reservation in your own name before anything can be set up. Oro Valley and Marana run their own parks. Vail, the Catalina Foothills and Green Valley go through Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation. Reserve the ramada yourself, upload the confirmation with your booking, and we will check it against your date. We cannot set up in a park without it.

Every unit is washed and sanitized between rentals and we expect it back in the condition it arrived in. Normal wear from a party is expected and is not something we charge for. While the unit is in your care you are responsible for it, including damage or theft caused by anyone at your event.

We are licensed and insured. We will send a certificate of insurance to a school, church, HOA or parks department on request, and we do this regularly. That insurance covers our equipment and our work. It does not cover injuries arising from misuse, from a unit being used without adult supervision, or from the printed safety rules not being followed. Inflatable play carries inherent risk. By booking you accept that risk for yourself and your guests, and you agree that our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental, except where Arizona law does not permit that limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pima County.
